# Calendar Booking by Nu-Art Software

> Calendar Booking is a booking form that businesses and professionals embed on their own website. It offers only the times that are free in the host's Google Calendar and adds each booking to that calendar as an event with a video meeting link. A free plan is available.

Calendar Booking is a web application operated by Nu-Art Software, based in the Netherlands. Hosts sign in with a Google account. People who book need no account.

Features:

- Availability: only times that are free in the host's Google Calendar are offered.
- Calendar events: each booking is added to the host's Google Calendar as an event with a video meeting link. The event is updated or deleted when the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
- Embedding: the host lists the websites allowed to show the form and pastes a snippet into the page. The form loads only on the listed websites.
- Time zones: people who book see times in the time zone of their device. When it differs from the host's time zone, the host's time zone is also shown.
- Rescheduling and cancellation: the confirmation email contains a link to reschedule or cancel. The host sets how many hours before a meeting this remains possible.
- Languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Hebrew.

Plans: a free plan, and paid plans with higher limits, such as more bookings per month, and additional options, such as choosing which of the host's calendars to use.

Google data: Calendar Booking accesses the host's email address, the list of calendars and their time zones, and free/busy information. It creates events for bookings and changes or deletes those events. It does not read the details of other events. The data is used only to operate Calendar Booking; it is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account settings.

Getting started: the host signs in with Google on the [product page](https://calendar-booking.nu-art-software.com/host), connects Google Calendar, answers a few onboarding questions, adds a website and copies the snippet.

Account closure: by email to support@nu-art-software.com. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closure.
